Blasphewat? Sacrilewhere?
Hot on the trail of trivial pursuit, i have the Americans to thank for making my magic plasma box a 'real' part of my life. Ah-huh, all the world's a stage and all its men and women - American Idols. Ain't no mountain high enough and ain't no Da Vinci codes hard enough crack. What a revelation indeed! The venusian vertebra aka the sacred feminine theory is a very romantic notion with salient enough embelishment to rile more than a few religious feathers. As much as i would like to subscribe to it, unfortunately it was Eve that did us in (the femmesapiens) in Genesis thus... Albeit much of it may've been forgiven or it may've jus been swept under da rug to make it seem rosy. But we'll just leave it at that huh coz that's a whole separate debate altogether. Heck, me thinks the book was a real page turner and it is classified fiction at the end of the day so stop making a fuss. And Harry Potter and Salman Rushdie deserves a break too. A fatwa? For Heaven's sakes, just boil it with a pinch of salt and serve warm before bedtime. Its too much ado about nothing. Its a free world and the first amendment is a given right. Go get that hair toussled, colored red, white & blue and air-blown. Life's too short 2 stress over...plus the view looks so much more spectacular closer to the edge. Just don't fall over k!

It's all good...
2004 sped by like a horse's arse on fire, like Father Time on speed. And if he was, i just hope it wasn't one of you jxl influencers ;P Anyways in all its theatrical 365 days, it's been all good at the end of da day coz' u take the good, the bad, the ugly - put it in the cocktail shaker and voila, you make a lychee martini outta it!
Ah-huh, been there, done that and still doing it on the writing bit, both copywriting and the journalistic thing. The frequent flyer points is still ticking away albeit this time closer to ma asian roots i.e., Bangkok, Bali, Shanghai and a coupla' S'pore slings! Need we say more about the social calendar - the social mariposa thing has gotta offset working ma ass off for peanuts...
